Always walked pass the Vietnamese restaurant in Causeway Bay. The design is very color with a small balcony on first floor. We decided to give it a try yesterday.
We ordered a dinner set which cost $248. There was appetizers, snack, light main, dessert and drinks for you to pick. We picked pork spring rolls, tiger prawn rice paper roll, raw beef pho and double scoop ice cream. Vietnamese raw beef pho had a delightful experience that tantalizes the taste buds with its complex and aromatic flavors. The dish starts with a rich, clear broth with tender rice noodles and topped with thinly sliced raw beef that cooks gently in the hot liquid. It's a dish that's both comforting and invigorating, perfect for any time of day.
And for A La Cart menu, we ordered hot & sour lemongrass stir-fired vermicelli with tiger prawns & Vietnamese sausages. It was slightly spicy with some tiger prawns on top. For the dessert, we also ordered durian parfait with lychee ice cream. It had a lot topping inside the ice cream including palmier, cornflakes, pandan jelly and Thailand monthong durian etc. Tasted extremely good!
