This Korean-Italian fusion dessert do attracted me when i saw it on the menu. Ladyfingers are soaked with makgeolli (Korean rice wine) instead of marsala. Would prefer a stronger alcohol taste tho.

Another Korean-Western dessert - tho idk which element is from Korea🤣 Anyways, the “baby” pancake size was not baby indeed. It has a pleasant egg aroma and a crispy edge.
