From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing good customer service. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed bothered by any requests or questions. Their lack of basic manners and professionalism was shocking.
I encountered multiple instances where staff members ignored me or responded with a condescending tone. It was evident that they had no desire to assist or make my experience pleasant. The only time they showed any modicum of happiness was when I gave them a tip, which felt disingenuous.
I hope that the establishment takes notice of this issue and makes efforts to improve their staff's attitude.
