The staffs are very nice and friendly there. They help us to arrange seats and serve us with drinks immediately upon arrival. They introduced the menu and every dishes. You can feel free to ask them questions about Wagyu, ingredients and the tasting steps., the staffs are well-trained professionals. I highly recommend the service here. The dining space is large with great design. You can enjoy the dinner and have casual talk comfortably with friends and relatives

My boyfriend and I decided to try the Vanne Dinner Set A (HKD$498 per person). The perfect dinner set include 7 courses in total. There are other set with higher price, perhaps I would like to try it for the next time.

The appetizer is fresh tomato with light pepper sauce and salt crusted short ribs with fresh chopped salad. It’s one of my favourite appetizer. What’s come next is another fantastic Wagyu appetizer, A5 Wagyu Toast with Hollandaise & Caviar. Another one is the Wagyu sushi with sea urchin. This sushi is finger-licking good!! Wagyu and urchin, they are indeed perfect match. its amazing to enjoy two expensive ingredients in one bite!

Then we come to the main course. The first one is the beef organs (beef tongue with green onion sauce). Then come to other Japanese A1 & F1 Wagyu selection. The waiter help us to roast the beef, we do no need to make it ourselves. The beef is juicy and tender, you do not need use a large force to bite the beef. Beef tongue are very juicy. The A1 Wagyu is very rich with great beefiness, it’s definitely the best Wagyu I have tried. It’s difficult to explain the great Wagyu simply by words, because no simple words or sentence can capture the multi-sensory experience on tasting Wagyu.

What’s come up with the Sirloin is the daily special in “Shabu Shabu” style with Truffle. Wagyu is always amazing, I would say, despite the cooking method. Compared to roast beef, beef in “Shabu Shabu” style is more rich and juicy with eggs. It’s so creamy. You can finish the dish by adding some rice to the egg yolk.

Wagyu Pappardelle Bolognese is another dish which I would highly recommend. Many pappardelle bolognese may use pork as ingredients, it’s the first time I try beef pappardelle Bolognese. But it really surprised me, it’s terrific.

Homemade Yuzu Sorbet is a refreshing and wonderful dessert after Wagyu. Sorbet instead of icecream, is a good choice for dessert when you become so full after this wonderful dinner.

Simply conclude, it’s definitely a wonderful restaurant with reasonable price. It’s not easy to find a great restaurant for Wagyu. Wagyu lovers, let’s reserve seats and enjoy the Wagyu journey!
