Party of four dined in tonight. Ordered four set dishes and a starter. Three main dishes arrived promptly with the captain noting the absence of the fourth dish. So we continued with our conversation until we were almost through. When a reminder was sent to another senior staff, a promise of a five-minute wait was requested. Still no sign. When demanded for the bill and cancellation of the fourth dish, then out came the missing main course on the table. Now would you eat alone and enjoy the meal
