Arrived at 7.30. Entered restaurant and waited for someone to seat us. No one was interested. Finally a girl greeted us, on saying we wanted a table for two she said no, "you need to eat at our room above Man Fat".We followed her to Man Fat. At Man Fat no one was interested in helping us until finally someone said "upstairs". We went upstrairs. Again no one was there to seat us.We found a table, but no hot pot menu. Only dim sum and Man fat menus. Miserable guy came over and dropped menu on tabl

We found a table, but no hot pot menu. Only dim sum and Man fat menus. Miserable guy came over and dropped menu on table. We looked at menu and selected our hot pot order. On giving the order, the miserable waiter walked away half way through our order. No excuse and he just ignored us.
Next came the soy sauce that the waitress spilled on the table cloth and the miserable guy brough the condiments, oonly 3 our of the 6 bowls were empty.
The green vegetables tasted good. However our beef order took 90 minutes to come from next door, after asking again and again "where is our beef?" We cancelled the beef order and made do with the vegetable hotpot.
The worse service I have ever had in Hong Kong. Youve been warned! Proof of diseconomies of scale, where people get so greedy for business they expand too fast and dont care about quality.
題外話/補充資料：
They operate some weird arrangement with the ManFat restaurant.
