💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀This is an actual warning not to go to this restaurant (or at the very least not to order the $168 Holiday Set 假日餐 on a Sunday):1. The soup with puff pastry arrived with the puff pastry being somewhat burnt BUT with both the puff pastry and soup being lukewarm. 😱2. The deep fried oyster had been set aside long after it was fried that it was cold and soggy (and so were the fries that came on that plate). 😱😱3. The sirloin steak which I had requested to be medium was indeed medium

3. The sirloin steak which I had requested to be medium was indeed medium but had been set aside for some time before it was served to be... so it felt like the temperature of the cow itself just before it breathed its last breath ☠️. 😱😱😱
I had to send the steak back because it was just that bad...
I feedback to the waitress that the oyster and steak were cold, and she coolly replied that it was a Sunday so they were busy and most of the stuff were cooked beforehand... Well thank you very much... I am still paying good money (on a Sunday) am I not? I’m not going to eat that cow-temperature medium steak.
Anyway, fair warning to all.
p.s. My friends had their steaks served on hot plates which ensure that the vegetables and fries were at least hot, and upon seeing my predicament, had offer me some of their chicken and black pepper steak (which tasted fine by the way).
