I ordered my takeaway during lunch hour, so its understandable service is busy. I watched as my food was ready for takeaway 5 mins after I ordered, so I waited. I watched for 25 mins as other food before and after me were prepped and taken away, whilst my order was just left there.I try to find my number on their ticketing system, which I find at the very end of many large orders. So I asked the lady manning the station if I could get my food but she shooed me away, saying she's busy. I waited f
I try to find my number on their ticketing system, which I find at the very end of many large orders. So I asked the lady manning the station if I could get my food but she shooed me away, saying she's busy. I waited for 10 minutes, watching food orders after me being packed and takeaway, watched as the same lady get yelled at by other customers to get their food before I tried to ask her again, but she again shooed me away.
After waiting for 25 minutes, she finally got to my order and announced my number for pickup, by then, I can see that my foods gone cold and the drinks warmed up, can even feel how lukewarm the rice and curry was. I take the food back out from the bag and asked her to reheat the food, which she said the food came out like this and we're busy. Infuriated with wasting 30 mins of my lunch hour, I took the food to the payment counter and got my refund.
Completely terrible takeaway management, needs to improve.
