went there for lunch today. here are the good, bad, and ugly.good: ambience, sushi.bad: not-so-fresh mantis shrimp.ugly: I arrived around 1220 and found no staff at the reception. waited for 5 to 10 minutes. a hostess named, lily, finally met, not greeted, me. i commented to her, "you guys are short-handed?" expecting an apology but got zero response. this may seem like minor oversight for some, but for an establishment like four seasons, guests expect better. it is the little thing that mat
