My friend's wedding banquet. Totally looking forward to the meal. Overall, all the items were good and the portions were quite large. I will highlight some of the items that stood out. There were 2 items I forgot to take photos.The steamed egg white was silky smooth and the lobster was springy. The crab shell stuffing as we may have experienced may not contain that much crab flesh, rather being filled with other ingredients. This one was the opposite. There was plenty of crab inside.
The soup was exceptionally rich and despite the ingredients being boiled for so long, it was still quite tasty.
The fish was cooked just right and it was quite large for a single serving.
There was a large amount of filling in the dumplings. However, this dish was the only 1 dish that was a bit cool. However, it was still tasty and I could imagine it would be even better if was steaming hot.
The dried tangerine peel was just the aroma I wanted from the dessert as I was quite full already.
