My friend ordered the pull pork toastie and I had a hard time choosing what to order. Stuggled a lot between the ricotta hotcakes and smoked salmon sourdough. But I felt like I need something salty for my first meal, so finally choosing the smoked salmon sourdough.
I highly recommend the pull pork toastie. It tasted much better than I expected. Crunchy toast with juicy pull pork filling. Cheesy cuz manchego and cheddar cheese were added. A big thumb up to the pickled red cabbage in the filling, it gave the toast extra crunchiness and made it less heavy to eat🤤
Smoked salmon on sourdough rye was classy. They gave generous amount of smoked salmon slices and you could tell from the color that they were so fresh!
