我好鐘意食嘢,算得上係一個為"食"而生存嘅人,其中每日嘅早餐對我嚟講都係最重要,好神性,絕不馬虎.我會煑咖啡或泡茶,煎pancake或crepe,或從Passion,Simply Life買回麵包,偶然用麵包機焗包,然後塗鮮牛油,菓醬,炒蛋或配芝士,而且必定要有鮮榨菓汁!橙汁,西瓜汁,提子汁..總之就只可以係鮮榨.自從同Honey一齊,就變成同Honey一齊為食早餐而生存喇!<Honey=早餐>佢哋嘅地位對於我嚟講係一樣咁重要!!!Weekend因為懶得整,我哋就好鍾意出去食brunch,中上環堅道荷李活道一帶,就嚟俾我哋食勻哂.早排我哋去咗Blue Butcher,要幾個星期前book定,之前試過改期又要由頭排過,結果前後等咗成兩個月先食到.Weekend Brunch嘅salad bar,waffle station同foie gras corner同係自助式;main course,dessert有幾款可以揀,但好多都要另外加錢,咖啡,茶當然有包啦.Cold starter雖然款式唔多,但做得真係好出色,有fresh oysters & prawns, tomat

Weekend Brunch嘅salad bar,waffle station同foie gras corner同係自助式;main course,dessert有幾款可以揀,但好多都要另外加錢,咖啡,茶當然有包啦.Cold starter雖然款式唔多,但做得真係好出色,有fresh oysters & prawns, tomato w/mozzarella, watermelon w/ ham, smoked salmon, grilled beef w/salad green etc,而最最最正嘅係即煎鵝肝伴多士同菓醬,每片鵝肝size都唔細,多士又烤得香脆,我前前後後都食咗好幾件,血壓都上升咗好多.而Belgian waffle我冇試,不過Honey話都好好味,其實新鮮熱辣乜都好食.
不過主菜就真係好一般,唔係難食,但係無乜特別.我叫咗個Slow poached egg, Serrano ham & mushrooms,流心蛋做得唔錯.Honey就要咗個香蕉配西多!激死,是但去間茶餐廳都食到嘅嘢,我見佢戰鬥咗好耐先食完.
而個dessert就係最最最差,sponge cake又乾又散,送上枱見到都唔想食,好求其是但無所謂咁囉,下次都係唔好寄望個main course,食starter食飽算啦~~
