Iced mix coffee and tea - It was milky and smooth, with strong scent of tea and coffee. Iced pomelo honey with lemon was refreshing and cooling, sweet and slightly sour.
Fried vermicelli - It was slightly dry and chewy, with alot of ingredients on it such as egg, ham and prawn etc. It has slight curry taste.
Salted fish and chicken cube fried rice - Rice was fried till chewy and fragrant, and salted fish helped to make it flavourful. Chicken cube was soft and smooth as well.
Hong Kong style french toast - It was pan fried till soft and crispy, with the toast absorbing the sweetness of the honey.
