Wandering about Hong Kong's Soho, we were looking to have a cocktail in a place not overcrowded with prurient teenagers or filled with pretentious louts. Owned and operated by the inimitable Carmen, this Australian lass treated us like "long lost" friends and within five minutes we felt accepted like locals, and laughed and giggled throughout the night.
The clientele at Bocadito are just as warm and the room was filled with good cheer. Everyone was smiling! Drinks are creative and poured with a heavy hand. Prices are very reasonable.
As tourists we often just want to feel accepted and welcomed as if a place is our "local."Bocadito did this and will be a highlight and a wonderful remembrance of a trip to Hong Kong.
