They have an egg-fried rice base served with crunchy deep fried pork chop on a bed of cheese and tomato sauce with onion and pineapple.
The only downside is that the pork chop was 'sitting' on the bed of rice/sauce and was rather difficult to get sauce onto the breaded cutlets, and was only slightly dry (or I guess they opted for a rather fatless cut of pork that mean the meat was so-so). Overall a great under-$50 baked rice - as likely other stores would not bother with pineapple or event deep frying the cutlet.
