It's my first time to visit the FungShing on Pederson Street, Causeway Bay. The food and enviroment is clean, also service was excellent - the waitress (surname is Tang) is very well mannered and thoughtful. Reasonable prices and a lively atmosphere (not only the mature groupbut also lots of 20 and 30 somethings too.. ) mean you should probably book in advance if you want a table without waiting during lunch time.
