Located at Shangri-la Kowloon, is a classic Chinese fine dining in TST. 🌟Highlights:
One of the signature dish we have tried was the Deep-fried stuffed crab shell🦀Featuring a combination of cheese and onion shreds as fillings, the interior was cheesy, savoury and moist, was coated with the crunchy breadcrumbs. But the size was not as big as the a-la-carte version and it was served with ginger tea jelly.
Another highlights was the braised sea cucumber and goose web🤤It packed all flavours and had a resilient texture. The goose web was gelatinous, delivered the ultimate umami flavour.
I really love the double boiled pork soup. This silky smooth broth was beautifully fragrant, soft texture and tastes mildly sweet. Added the morel mushroom gave it some textures.
This set was included 2 desserts and a petit four tree which is the signature dish of Shang Palace. We both love the textures and tastes of all Chinese pastries, especially the black sesame roll and white sugar sponge cake😋
