雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 ($𝟴𝟱𝟬 | 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲) - this is that dish that simply can’t get out of my head. The sauce is chock-full of flavour from the aged ShaoXing Wine, crab essence and fragrant chicken oil. The rice noodles completely soak up the delicious goodness of the sauce. The flowery crab itself is also luscious and tasty.

炭火第一刀叉燒 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝘂 ($𝟵𝟴 | 𝗽𝗰) - an incredible, thick and chunky slice! Absolutely impressed by the texture, soooo tender that you can’t believe that it's actually char siu. Also love the charcoal burnt edges that give a nice smoky flavour from the roasting process.

陳皮腐竹銀杏粥 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗱 & 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗴𝗼 𝗡𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗲 ($𝟯𝟴) - a hearty dish that looks deceptively simple. The texture is silky-smooth with thick consistency. Using bean curd sheets from the famous local store "樹記", giving the congee a distinct flavour.
