What a pleasure it was to try out their signature main course. If you didn't know, cauliflower is my favorite veg and this cauliflower rice utterly stole my heart!! The shrimp brought out the umami. I love how they paired it with the shrimps and cream. It tasted good and healthy. Smells so good! My friend doesn't usually eat egg benedict but he gave it a try this time. If you didn't know, cauliflower is my favorite veg and this cauliflower rice utterly stole my heart!! The shrimp brought out the umami. I love how they paired it with the shrimps and cream. It tasted good and healthy. Smells so good! My friend doesn't usually eat egg benedict but he gave it a try this time. This was made with a hollandaise sauce, smoked salmon and caviar. A plate full of umami!! The star of the show tonight was definitely this premium chocolate drink! Of course! We ordered dessert after finishing the main course. Both of us love this. Their mixed berries is definitely their signature flavour, the taste is so unique!! It has a mousse texture from foam.
