Dinner with friend decide to try ciak. Guida Michelin with strong background! First of all, chef with open kitchen without mask & gloves, I was about to leave the restaurant, I decide to stay. We order pizza to share norcina, I don’t know but something wrong on the product quality lower ashamed. Pizza quality down. We order as main course pasta. What was unbelievable ashamed the pasta meatball. The meatball it was more similar the minced beef use for bolognese. What happen!! Dessert tiramisù and apple crumble. Tiramisù standard nothing special. Apple crumble ok.Mention deserve the staff. More busy to talk btw then than take care the customer.
