I was well impressed by this restaurant from the moment I stepped in. The decor was unique yet tastefully done. I love the featured wall, which was full of handmade sake cups, none of them looks the same. I secretly wanted to own some of them (schhhhh).Other than the interior, their foods were equally impressive too. We tried their 4-course soft opening tasting menu. Other than the interior, their foods were equally impressive too. We tried their 4-course soft opening tasting menu. I chose prawn as my main while my friends picked sous vide cooked beef. While the starter was seared scallops with crispy bacon and squid ink cracker. The scallop was crispy from outside and juicy inside, it’s cooked to perfection. The second course was ravioli soaked and clear chicken broth. And dessert was just divine, we picked a black sesame mouse cake, vegan kumquat tart and a lemon tart with long black coffee. I do admit I have sweet tooth and very particular with my dessert. These desserts were to die for, they not only looked amazing but taste too.
The story didn’t end here. There’s pottery workshop available here too. I’ll definitely try out my artistic side during my next visit!
