朋友介紹,襯屋企人生日,即刻book位試吓呢間新餐廳,喺九記隔離開咗冇幾耐以前係homeless 星期六日有weekend brunch,聖誕節前期竟然喺中環Offer $298嘅4 course set brunch,性價比大癲👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻因為我哋好多朋友一齊,基本上係tasting MenuSoft boiled egg 勁濃郁蘑菇湯浸住溫泉蛋,我覺得有少少法國菜形式咁樣上菜,有少少泡沫一開始食以為係湯,唔會好鹹,又可以點包食Beef tartare 冇人能及,加咗生蛋黃喺上面,入邊啲香料同埋蔬菜唔會蓋過牛肉嘅鮮味,一啲都唔腥,配埋鬆脆嘅包,朋友一致好評Shrimp Salad 好鮮甜好好味好FRESHBurrata 冇得頂,用黑糖醋汁,酸酸甜甜開胃配搭埋切碎咗嘅蔬菜好爽口,估唔到佢可以將Burrata 做到咁精緻,你知啦好多餐廳就咁沙律加舊芝士好悶好冇特色,睇得出佢哋好有心機prepare每一道前菜Blue cheese risotto 基本上藍芝士好多人都係用蘋果一齊煮最夾,幾好味,但係有啲漏,要真係鍾意食飯之前先會鍾意Ravioli 高質海鮮味好濃郁,入邊啲肉整得好溶,仲有得

Beef tartare 冇人能及,加咗生蛋黃喺上面,入邊啲香料同埋蔬菜唔會蓋過牛肉嘅鮮味,一啲都唔腥,配埋鬆脆嘅包,朋友一致好評

Burrata 冇得頂,用黑糖醋汁,酸酸甜甜開胃配搭埋切碎咗嘅蔬菜好爽口,估唔到佢可以將Burrata 做到咁精緻,你知啦好多餐廳就咁沙律加舊芝士好悶好冇特色,睇得出佢哋好有心機prepare每一道前菜

Crab orecchiette 本人覺得最好味首先我好鍾意食蟹,佢仲要拆晒肉有埋汁一啲都唔乾,佢全部都用海鮮汁睇得出係海鮮嘅精華自己流出嚟冇特別再加多餘嘅白汁,食晒成碟都唔會漏
Duck 鴨腳最棹忌整得乾,佢竟然保持得好Juicy,仲要配埋超級重牛油味,但係唔係pure牛油味,好濃郁嘅smashed potato ,完全冇雜質做得勁幼滑,好想問廚師點樣整個薯蓉,西餐最基本嘅配菜做得好,就睇得出佢個廚師唔係Hea你
Pork 都好好食,個香料汁用咗芫荽我勁鍾意,但係佢唔重芫荽味所以唔鍾意芫荽嘅朋友都一定會鍾意食,雖然佢冇講明係慢煮,但係我都幾肯定佢用咗好長時間先會做到啲肉質咁嫩口一啲都唔會靭,豬扒100分
Cod 做得幾滑,但唔好期待有魚嘅鮮味
