Went at lunch time during the weekend and the place was pretty much empty - first sign of trouble. Specifically asked for no shellfish and the chef served me shellfish - even being surprised that something called "粒貝" is regarded as a shellfish. Specifically asked for no shellfish and the chef served me shellfish - even being surprised that something called "粒貝" is regarded as a shellfish. The same chef (there was only one) also couldn't seem to cut sashimi properly and two slices were still joined together at the end. I've seen better cuts in supermarket sashimi. Portions were small and I was served the most embarrassingly pathetic tiny piece of uni I've ever seen in an omakase. Finally the waitress served what she called "蕨餅" aka warabimochi for dessert - it was not, it was firm and not chewy at all (likely a completely different kind of wagashi).

The original price of this lunch omakase was $458 and got discounted to $308. Well, even $308 is way too much for this terrible quality and $458 would simply be a joke.

Have no idea how all the reviews are positive. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
