Having tried most places along the front in Stanley - and found nearly all to be extremely poor in value and quality - we finally had a good meal at this restaurant. But that was last time, maybe 3 weeks ago. This time we ordered the fillet steak (again) cooked medium - which it was and to perfection (again) . But that was last time, maybe 3 weeks ago. This time we ordered the fillet steak (again) cooked medium - which it was and to perfection (again) . But the pizza was so undercooked I could have remoulded the crust and rebaked a new loaf of bread. The ricotta pasta was hard and way too undercooked. The squid in batter was soggy and a pile of greasy gunk. I hate the idea of restaurants thinking I complain to avoid paying, so after coughing up over $1,000 for food and wine I discussed the problem with the likeable owner. He agreed with all our complaints - but we won't be back. Thank good for Lucys in the Stanley market - our last hope for good food in Stanley.
