We went to Japanese Delight for dinner tonight. It was located at Sai Yeung Choi Street South, few minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR. It was spacious and bright in decor. Their menu was comprehensive, serving sashimi, sushi, cooked items, dinner set, drinks and desserts etc. We ordered their DIY rice don, which was priced at $158 for 4 sashimi and we topped up $12 for 1 additional sashimi. We ordered their DIY rice don, which was priced at $158 for 4 sashimi and we topped up $12 for 1 additional sashimi. We ordered hokkigai, sweet shrimp, hamachi, octopus and mackerel. It was presented colourful, with the rice chewy and sashimi were fresh and sweet, with sashimi provided to enhance the freshness. The set came with salad, with sliced cucumber, sliced crab meat and crab roe in it. It was appetizing and sweet. 
We ordered their dinner set, US prime beef cutlet. It came with onsen tamago, which was soft and smooth, can used for dipping with the sliced beef. They provided stone grill for us to grill the beef on it, which was tender and juicy, while the skin was fried till crispy beforehand. Rice was chewy and fragrant. Miso soup was flavourful and clear.
Tamagoyaki with eel - Tamagoyaki was cooked till soft and smooth, sweet in taste. Eel was soft and juicy as well, going well with the egg.
Iced milk tea and lemon tea came with the tea. They were sweet and smooth.
