One of my friends has just moved to a new place in Wong Tai Sin and he planned to invite me to his new house for house warming. After spending the whole afternoon there, it was already dinner time and he suggested to have dinner at his place nearby. Their menu was very comprehensive, offering steamboat, grilled items, soup, rice or noodles, drinks and desserts etc.
Pad Thai - The serving was quite huge and there were peanut bits at the side for us to mix with the noodles. There were several pieces of small prawns and fish cake in it. It was fried till flavourful and smooth, but slightly oily though.
Grilled pork neck - It was grilled till almost perfection, with the edges and skin grilled till charred and crispy. The meat was chewy and juicy, like biting on chewing gum.
Fresh young coconut - The coconut drink was sweet and tasty, able to taste the freshness. I could easily scoop the meat off the shell and the meat was soft as well.
