I brought a friend for birthday lunch to this place. Basically I just told my friend (and she agreed absolutely) that I will never go back. And I will tell all my friends, colleagues and business associates about my experience.The bad experiece started at the reception. I basically had to wait at the reception podium (later realise it's not the right place to wait for the waiter to take you to your table). Someone jumped in and was served before me, even though they came later.OK - it's birthday

OK - it's birthday celebration for my friend. So I kept calm.
Service was bad - It took ages for the main courses to arrive. All my neighbours who came earlier hd theirs before me. I hd asked 3 times for the waiters to check, and then the final time, I asked the head waiter to check. His response made me felt as if I were a trouble maker, when, in fact, I'm a frustrated customer. The way he walked, the way he handled his customers, the way he served food, basically showed that he's not professional. One thing he's good at - I frequently spotted him drinking red wine behind the bar even though it's during busy lunch time. Time could hv been spent better if he could just lead his team to perform better.
The waiters and waitresses had those empty eye shots as if they were all lacking sleep at night. I basically had to wait for at least 7 rounds of waiter looking at my empty plate before it was taken away and served my coffee.
There are soooo many places in Central which are better in terms of services and quality of food. If you are considering to go there for the 1st time, forget it. For those who are choosing amongst restaurants, go somewhere else!
