This wasn't the 1st time I visited this restaurant. From Hung Shui Kiu to Yuen Long, I'd visited for several times.When she first moved to Yuen Long, the service and food were both acceptable and up to standard. But this time,all of us just felt uneasy about the service and the quality of food.First of all, we were arranged to sit close to the main exit. This wasn't the 1st time I visited this restaurant. From Hung Shui Kiu to Yuen Long, I'd visited for several times.
When she first moved to Yuen Long, the service and food were both acceptable and up to standard. But this time,
all of us just felt uneasy about the service and the quality of food.

First of all, we were arranged to sit close to the main exit. That was quite a HOT place since the door kept open without
any electric damper. Really very HOT (tempreture) after we had taken the Tom Yam Kung. And when the waitress presented
the "雜菜粉絲煲", all of us just felt disappointed becuase there was only less than a tea spoon of "FANS" inside the pot.
We checked with the waitress, and she told us that the "FANS" was underneath the mixed vegetables. But she was just misleading
us, cos there wasn't any. So, we checked with a guy who seemed to be the manager or boss, and he just ignored and reluctantly
took back the dish and requested the chef to add more "FANS" to the cooked dish. And saying soome bad words on us in front of the
chef.

This was a really really bad experience I had ever encountered. How come a "雜菜粉絲煲" with only little ""粉絲". Much better they
should change the name of this dish to "雜菜煲"........................
