they added. When I think Tartar, what comes to my mind is cubes of fresh sashimi grade salmon. mixed with spicy tones of shallots and smoky salmon. But this dish is simple some sort of tuna salad spread (replaced with salmon) with a load of dill! If anyone had ikea smoked salmon with dill sauce, it tastes like that but all mashed up. The cucumber should add freshness to the dish but it did nothing because the dill and the horseradish cream was simply too strong. Certainly not a worthy starter of a $498 first course.
2) This is the main of a 4 course Easter Dinner Set. Mint & Pea Puree, Lentils and Rosemary sauce. As you can see, the plating design is very out dated (Lentils in ring mold, meat on top and sauce all over). I couldn't taste any mint in the puree, but very pasty very beany. Lentils to me tasted like canned curry but not spicy. Lamb Chop was very bland. Rosemary sauce, is nothing but gravy anyone can make at home. Together the dish is boring, old fashioned, and out dated. It is not a dish I expect from a "Prime" branch of a restaurant branch.
3) Desert was simply two scoops of ice-cream in a bowl.
The Easter set at a $498 price tag is very very disappointing. Wooloomooloo needs a better menu, be more interesting and updated in their plated design to give their customer a better fine dinning experience!

題外話/補充資料:
Not a fine dinning experience. It shouldn't be labeled "Prime". I've been to all three of their group's restaurant, and Prime should be their higher end brand. It is not at all the case.
1) Reception is always busy. I've been to their restaurant a few times before, both during the weekdays and on holidays and weekends. There is not once the reception is not on the phone, and someone is able to attend to customers promptly.
2) Some service staff has very poor manners. The Hong Kongese woman who took our orders was rushing us when we speak. Very rude. Her actions simply implies she is very busy, and demanded I follow her pace. I'm there for a fine dining experience, I'm not at a Cha can teng. It is simply unacceptable.
3) We wasn't served bread, asked two times. A staff replied, we are arranging it for you, but the bread never came.
Wooloomooloo Step up a notch !
After today's brunch, I'll not be coming back.
