The restaurant uses lime jelly as the platter cleanser to clear the taste buds of the guests and enjoy the sushi afterwards Seven pieces of sushi: sea bass sea salt, Japanese sea urchin, live red scallop, dory, golden eye snapper, tuna belly, silver snowfish.
