Oysters were daily special. Delightfully refreshing with an interesting combination of crunchy rise and salmon eggs.The shrimp was one of my favourite! The delicate seasoning with a slightly spicy flavour right enough to dance with the very fresh shrimp. The crispy chicken skin with mozzarella cheese and strawberry sauce was an inspiration from the previous "take-over-Isono" Dutch chef.
