My another favourite is 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 長江燻魚🐟 This is perhaps the best I found in Hong Kong with very consistent quality. The exterior is very crispy even it is coated with sauce and rested for some time while the core is tender and juicy🤯 The smokiness is mild but linger that elevates the salty and sweet sauce. No reason for you to skip this one here‼️
Tried many more dishes like 紅燒獅子頭 (doubled-boiled meatball), 宮保雞丁 (fried diced chicken with chilli), 蔥油拌麵 (noodle mixed with scallion oil), etc. You might not be surprised but you will definitely be satisfied👍🏼
