I had booked this place a month ago for my boyfriend’s birthday. I requested a nice table but we were seated in the middle table (which was fine but we would’ve preferred a corner table). When we got seated, the waiter dropped the menu on the floor, picked it up and put it back down on my boyfriend’s plate. Afterwards, a couple got seated next to us and another waiter filled their water and gave bread right away while we already sat there for 15 minutes with nothing. I had also requested the res

When we got seated, the waiter dropped the menu on the floor, picked it up and put it back down on my boyfriend’s plate. Afterwards, a couple got seated next to us and another waiter filled their water and gave bread right away while we already sat there for 15 minutes with nothing. I had also requested the restaurant to write “Happy Birthday” on the dessert and what we got instead was “Happy Anniversary”, which was actually meant for another table. They also gave other people complementary digestive shots while we didnt get anything. Also before we left we saw the waiter vaping behind the bar openly.
Honestly, the food was not bad but i paid 2k and expected much better service. We didnt even get the bare minimum. It completely ruined our night and our first birthday together, something we will never experience again.
