Just had the most terrible customer experience at this place. Several staff members are just plain rude, even though the shop wasn't very busy. My friend went up the counter to place her order. There was a heavier set guy with glasses behind the counter standing there like he would take an order, instead he shooed her away and told her to line up behind the woman giving her order to the guy standing beside him. Just had the most terrible customer experience at this place. Several staff members are just plain rude, even though the shop wasn't very busy. My friend went up the counter to place her order. There was a heavier set guy with glasses behind the counter standing there like he would take an order, instead he shooed her away and told her to line up behind the woman giving her order to the guy standing beside him. Why would you even he be standing behind the front counter if you're not there to take an order?! Then as we stood in line to wait our turn to give our order to the one guy who was actually taking them, another staff member with curly hair and glasses came up and rudely told us line up on the right side of the counter. Why wouldn't they have signage that would let people know where to form a queue rather than have someone rudely direct us and speak to us like we were idiots? When I got my food, I was shocked. I ordered eggs Benedict but rather than English muffins it came on toast, and the hollandaise sauce was puke green and the whole dish was cold! Then as we were eating the rude curly haired guy with the glasses came over and rudely asked us to consolidate our table even though he was the one who gave us 2 tables in the first place (because there were 4 of us).
Overall this was a very shocking and disappointing experience. The customer service at this place has always been underwhelming but today was exceptionally bad. I will say though that the guy behind the counter who actually took the orders was pleasant but he was literally the only one of the 8 or so staff who was.
