Worst customer service ever

Not sure why this is so popular in town, I felt like the worst customer service ever I had at a coffee shop. The staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and serving with hatred. The place is so narrow that you don’t even feel comfy to stay. Too many tourists taking pictures with that tiny window, dont even feel that looks nice with the bad vibes. The staff reserved a table, but it’s not taken after an hour I stayed. What’s the point of reserving the seat at a coffee shop?
