👎👎👎👎The most irresponsible restaurant I have ever seen! Waited 2 hours for food, tried to call the restaurant servals times for ordering status. However, no one answered the call. Finally, when someone answered, the staff was clueless and unaware that the order existed. Afterward, the restaurant canceled the order after 2 hours of waiting as they claimed one of the items was “temporarily unavailable.” They never demonstrated any sense of apology. Even so, I asked whether we were getting any food

👎👎👎👎The most irresponsible restaurant I have ever seen! Waited 2 hours for food, tried to call the restaurant servals times for ordering status. However, no one answered the call. Finally, when someone answered, the staff was clueless and unaware that the order existed. Afterward, the restaurant canceled the order after 2 hours of waiting as they claimed one of the items was “temporarily unavailable.” They never demonstrated any sense of apology. Even so, I asked whether we were getting any food after long hours of waiting. He just tried to make us order once again. We declined to make the order again as it’s their responsibility to check up on orders, PLUS even our courier has been waiting in the rain for 50 mins LONG in cold weather - temperature: 7 Celsius !!!! That’s ridiculous for a restaurant to show irresponsibility to its customers and couriers. In the end, they hang up our call unpredictably. Guys, if you are ordering, good luck with that. 👎👎👎👎
