Environment: Terrible and riduculous. I had my dinner last nite there and nearly a hundred ppl were squeezed within a space of around 600 sq. ft. Don't expect that you will be treated as their dear customers. Taste: It's famous for rice in small porcelain pot (which has got quite a horrible Chinese homonym - rice that your son is cooked!! ^o^) The porcelain pots are heated up with traditional charcoal stoves. You can tell the taste difference between those heated up by gas stove and those by charcoal stove. I ordered minced meat cake with squid. The sauce (secret formula with mainly soya sauce) turns stone into gold. You will find it extremely delicious particularly under the chilly weather, if you dare to try it!!
Service: Nothing but terrible. They requested (instructed, to be more exact) me to change table several times to maximize the business capacity of the restaurant. I was interrupted a few more times even when i was having my dinner.
Price: That pot of rice cost me $45 only with a drink. It is reasonable if you neglect its poor service, environment and cleanliness.
Cleanliness: Very dirty. The waiters "transposed" the "residue" from the table to the ground.
