I was using their apps to get a table , first it’s not working ! When I arrived there nothing is readySecond .. due to I was following their apps notifications was in rush to run to their shop left my mask at my office Third .. there was someone gave me a new mask and I was wearing it ! Who knows their staffs still yelling at me that I was not wearing a mask but I was already wearing it ! Scolded me without any respect at all So it’s not worth a try to this Genki ( whampoa ) Other branches were

So it’s not worth a try to this Genki ( whampoa ) Other branches were okay ! But not this one .. seriously horrible service( and it’s the only bad experiences in this - whampoa branch ) Will never go there again !

用網上訂座的攞唔到枱,因為要跑過去口罩留咗喺公司,然後有人給我一個新口罩,帶上了仍然給他們的店舖員工追罵,捱罵後(不明白為什麼客人也給侍應責罵,完全沒有尊重可言) 最後沒什麼吃任何東西就走了。之前有去過經歷一般,今日之後都不用試,這裏的侍應都人格有問題的,只可以用一詞語形容.恐怖😱
