Worse service ever!! When me and my wife were walking by ,the waitress by the door was trying to promote their "Buy 1 Get 1 Free " drinks offer ,and we thought" OKay, that sounds nice" and went in. i ordered two beers for myself and my wife had tap water.we ordered a fish and chips and onion rings.To be honest, the chips were good,we both quite liked it and the fish was alright. We enjoyed it overall.But then when the bill came,it all went downhill. The waitress explained that because it was onl

But then when the bill came,it all went downhill. The waitress explained that because it was only i who ordered the beer the " buy 1 get 1 free " offer was not applicable. This does not make sense at all. Because of this we ended up having to pay for 2 drinks which to be honest were not that great anyway. The waitress then carried on to explain to us that the offer is only for tables where everyone buys a drink. i responded with " and where does it say that?" their menu does not have any fine print explaining this nor did the waitress explain this to me at the beginning even after my wife ordered just tap water. she could of at least told me that we both needed to buy drinks to get the "buy 1 get 1 free offer"
Even after all of this commotion and them admitting it was their fault they still inisited that we should pay for both drinks.
I think this is totally unaccptable and i do hope they fix this problem before it happens again.
