I rarely write any review but this restaurant will be my very first one as i was extremely disappointed with the service I got! I admit that the reason I try this restaurant due to some discount promotion. By the time I walked into this restaurant, the waitresses there weren’t very nice already (not sure if becoz I don’t get respect for not paying full prices)! I admit that the reason I try this restaurant due to some discount promotion. By the time I walked into this restaurant, the waitresses there weren’t very nice already (not sure if becoz I don’t get respect for not paying full prices)! Anyways, my friend and I weren’t very happy with the table as it was not balance and moving up and down so we ask if we could move and it was still early with a lot of empty tables but the waitresses insist to allow us to take any other seats and stated is all reserved! They only let us move to another small table which is not very comfortable but that’s fine (fun fact: by the time we left the restaurant, the other tables are still empty without any people so not sure the meaning of reserve, maybe is reserved for those paying full prices)! However the waitresses’ attitude is already bad!
Overall the food is great but we really can’t enjoy much due to the attitude from these waitresses!
When we asked one of the waitresses (which she claimed she is the manager there) for the bill, her attitude was the worst and kinda look down on us for only ordering so little with also some discount promotion! It was the most terrible experience and we decided to file a complain to the restaurant group as this is not acceptable at all!
If you are only looking for tasty Japanese food, this is a place to go but the price there does not apply any SERVICES!!!! Bad experience EVER!!!!!
