(1) Poor serviceMy friends had ordered a bottle of paid water at first, but we then said no need to reorder and gave us "normal" water, i.e. unpaid one. The waiters had no initiation to re-fill water, as compared with the first beginning, maybe we ordered the paid one, they were more eager to ask whether re-fill. My friends had ordered a bottle of paid water at first, but we then said no need to reorder and gave us "normal" water, i.e. unpaid one. The waiters had no initiation to re-fill water, as compared with the first beginning, maybe we ordered the paid one, they were more eager to ask whether re-fill. We had asked for over 3 times for that night to ask for re-fill water....
(2) Poor attitude of the Manager
We aimed to celebrate birthday of friend and brought a birthday cake. When we asked for the cake cut by ourselves, the waiter said that "our manager gave you discount on cake cut fee.., half price now, normally is $200, now is $100". However, they had never said that they would have such fee at the very beginning when we asked for fringe the cake. As one of my friends had brought cake to cut before and no fee was levied, so we suppose there is nil fee.. But the Manager (he is like an indian) said it is "Regulations & Policy" of our restaurant, we had give you discount from $150 to $100 already". We were very angry that it was not because of money, it's only a little piece of us, they were inconsistent in the fee, one is $200, and one is $150. The worst thing is the Manager was so rude, impolite and no service mind. How can he be a manager in catering service?
Then after the Chinese waiter talked to this Manager at corner and then later, this Manager said " we waived you this time, but will not if next time as we don't want to disappoint you" with an attitude that "just pity you guys... " .
(3) Food is not as good as previous
Food is in smaller dish, especially the lingue, about 2/3 of the previous size.
Actually, this is a good place to have gathering but with such poor service, I understand that why even it was a Friday night, it is only 1/3 full.
