Worst service I ever had

Truly speaking, the food is not bad, there are 5 of us and we ordered some starter, salad, followed by vongole (good), dragon ribs (good but please turn over, it's QUITE burnt) amd pizza (really so so). Since we planned to good to Honeymoon for dessert, we did not order any dessert there. Every thing went well and great until the waitress come over and start to clean up the table. She accidentally splash the sauce from the plate onto my blouse and pants! And yes, she say she did not expect th

Truly speaking, the food is not bad, there are 5 of us and we ordered some starter, salad, followed by vongole (good), dragon ribs (good but please turn over, it's QUITE burnt) amd pizza (really so so). Since we planned to good to Honeymoon for dessert, we did not order any dessert there. Every thing went well and great until the waitress come over and start to clean up the table. She accidentally splash the sauce from the plate onto my blouse and pants! And yes, she say she did not expect that plate to have sauce inside, I did not register and apology from her, and the next thing is she offer the rug that she used to clean up the table to clean my pants! I was SOOO angry! It's new year you know, and I'm still wearing new clothing! What's more, she just "disappear" conveniently while I was still cursing and trying to clean myself up.
Throughout this ordeal, neither did the manager or any senior staff come to us. Well, there's only this young waiter who come to our table, but he's the not guy who's cause the trouble, we also do not want to scold him for doing nothing isn't it? And of course, this is one of the first time that we did not tip a single cent!
And I was just wondering, are they trying to brush it off because we are not foreigners?
