I was tired from all the walking and so we decided to rest our feet at the nearest coffee shop. This happened to be Kactus Koffee. The place was large though there wre only a few tables available. The barista area is actually quite large. The menu is in English and Korean. There is no 10% service charge. It appears to be a Korean style coffee shop and items provide the basics of any cafe. They also have a more detailed description of what is found inside their various drinks.I had a Vienna Koffee

I had a Vienna Koffee ($40). This was simply terrible. At first it was interesting as the top was super salty. But then the coffee itself was so horrible. It tasted like brown water. And then as it went on, it started to get bitter and super acidic. I don't think I've ever had such horrible coffee ever. I didn't finish it. I rarely do not finish coffee.
Boyfriend's sister had a Kaktus Strawberry ($40). This was a lot of milk and not that much strawberries. They had freeze dried strawberries on top for decoration. This fared better than the coffee.
We decided to share a Basque Cheesecake ($60) as the original choice of tiramisu was sold out. Not impressive and charging this much for a tiny nonimpressive slice is simply highway robbery. It wasn't very creamy. A bit too crumbly. The top wasn't carmelized enough.
Possibly the worst cafe experience I've ever had. Will definitely not be back.
