Xenophobic and racist waiter

It's not the first time I've been to Jaspas and honeslty I came for the big glass of wine, not for the food.  But I have never been so angry dinning here until I was met with this racist and xenophobic waiter. When I got to my table and sat down, some of the waiters came to me and spoke to me in Cantonese. And the lady who took my wine order also spoke Cantonese. So naturally when this tall baldy Asian guy came to take my  orders I spoke Cantonese, but then I was bluntly requested to speak Engli

It's not the first time I've been to Jaspas and honeslty I came for the big glass of wine, not for the food.  But I have never been so angry dinning here until I was met with this racist and xenophobic waiter. When I got to my table and sat down, some of the waiters came to me and spoke to me in Cantonese. And the lady who took my wine order also spoke Cantonese. So naturally when this tall baldy Asian guy came to take my  orders I spoke Cantonese, but then I was bluntly requested to speak English (he can converse with his other colleagues in Cantonese fluently). So fine, I ordered in English. One of the dishes I ordered was chicken salad. This guy asked if I wanted the chicken. I was in doubt because I didn't know you can have a chicken salad without the chicken, and the menu didn't indicate that as well (unlike a Caesar Salad where some restaurants give you a choice of adding chicken or salmon), so I asked. Then he put on this arrogant and impatient look insisting that I have to choose. What's more, he didn't even tell me that they had run out of the bread usually served to diners at the start of the meal, not to mention apologizing. 
This guy gave me an impression that he expects to serve English speakers only. Non-English speakers are not welcome. I genuinely hope his attitude does not represent the restaurant.
