太平洋咖啡 (已結業)

There are two captivating Xmas cakes at Pacific Coffee, one was the black forest and the other was a purple potato tart which is an unusual ingredient for PC but then it is getting popular these days.I ended up getting the blackforest because I don't like the tart bases in HK.The blackforest cake was ok but the cream on top was the usual synthetic cream, the chocolate sponge cake and cherry filling was passable but there was still a weird biscuit base which ruins it.
