We went to Nahm (@Elements) in the X'mas eve (2013) for dinner. This was the 1st time for us going there. We chose Nahm because of its location, positive comments from the Openrice as well as its association with the Asia Miles mileage program.
Online reservation
We booked our table online weeks ago and found that the online reservation was very user-friendly and pretty efficient. We received the confirm status very soon. Later on, we also received the X'mas set menu by email and let us know the food & price. Before that, we had taken a quick look on the diningconcepts.com website and found the Nahm food menu there. We just loved the way what Dining Concepts did regarding reservation and the transparency of menu detailing online.
Dining experience
We arrived the restaurant at 6:30pm - a bit earlier than our booked time. The waiter led us the way and we were delighted having seats with good spaces and great comfort. As it was X'mas time, we did not need thinking of food options/combinations, but the X'mas sets (the only dining option available in the X'mas time). For drinks, the "Dragon Fruit", I thought that it was one of the popular drinks there as I noticed that many people ordering it. You would not regret having the "Dragon Fruit" as it was a perfect match with spicy food. The X'mas set had a mixed platter, Tom Yum Kung seafood soup, main dish (Turkey or Prawn) and the dessert. We had 2 X'mas sets - Turkey & Prawn. My wife loved the Tom Yum Kung seafood soup which was full of seafood and had a good flavour. I loved the Turkey which was tender of mild taste which suited my favour. The services and atmosphere that night were excellent. If it had not been X'mas time, we would have ordered the signature dish "sticky mango rice".
Likely, we'll go to Nahm again very soon.
