What we ordered
◆Assorted Beef (Short Rib, Top Blade, Hanger Steak, Diaphragm, Tongue)
◆Prime Beef Short Rib
The sets came in big portions. Even the assorted platter included various cuts, every meat cut was tender and easy to chew. The short rib was a highlight with a good amount of fat content and still preserved the beefy taste. Added $25 for all-you-can-eat veggies so I could make lettuce wraps with different types of pickles.

◆Crème Brûlée
The presentation of tiramisu was creative. Definitely not a typical tiramisu. Crème brûlée tasted just like what I expected.

◆Pineapple Iced Tea
Both teas were pretty sweet while pineapple tea was not simply tea but with konjac jelly inside.
