The House of Vermouth, giving you an European taste in the centre of Hong Kong.We went on an early Sunday evening, we are one of the first to arrive. We also ordered the Linguine to share. It’s more light-tasted than I imagined. The Vermouth taste can be stronger. It’s good portion for two.

But if you come to Bianco & Rosso, the one thing you must order would be the Black Angus Beef Sirloin, I’d say this is their signature and you cannot miss this.
The table sitting next to us wasn’t too satisfied with the food they ordered, and when they’re already having their dessert, this steak was served to our table and I can see their eyes rolling onto our plate
The Marsala sauce goes very well with the sirloin, the texture of the sirloin is so tender. Taste it with the caramelised garlic as well, it would bring up the taste to another level. Very good value for money. The only thing that can be improved would be the hotness of the plate, the steak gets cold pretty quickly, if the plate can be heated for a little bit longer then it would be perfect.

I would definitely come back again just for this and maybe try out some other small plates or pastas.
