This restaurant first came to my notice when I read a piece of commentary in a Chinese newspaper. I first came to the restaurant a few months ago on a "walk-in" basis but there were just so many people lining up that I was told to make a booking. This restaurant is so popular that I have to book 3 months in advance. But it's absolutely worth it!The atmosphere is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. It has a serene enivornment with good lighting which brings you away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The food cannot be better. I love steak and I ordered a sirlon steak. It was done in medium rare fashion and I can tell it's really the best steak in town (even of better quality than those in the steak houses or hotel grills). The service --- woo, it's definitely a plus because this restaurant adopts an innovative concept of elderly employment --- which means all the waiters are seniors. They are super-nice, super-kind and as efficient and smart as the young people. You can tell they're really dedicated to their job.
It has been a week after I dined in this restaurant but I can never forget this wonderful experience --- it just makes you coming back for more!
