Tried the Chinese Celery mince meat Dumpling with Broth. 鮮肉香芹湯餃. Broth is light and honest to the palette.Dumpling’s dough is of good proportion to the ingredient wrapped within. Not too tough to the bite. Fillings are full, the meat and celery provides a great balance not too salty or bland. Toppings and condiments varies, for the adventurous, do the vinegar, pickled vegetable or even the spicy chilli with different dumpling or all at once for a fun experience.
